Sustainability · ESG

Sustainability is not
marketing.
It is governance.

Every company of the STIR Group has obtained ESG certification. It reflects concrete operational choices on environmental impact, people and the company's governance model.

What we measure

Three dimensions, a single direction.

We measure and improve our performance along three complementary axes — environment, people and governance — so that sustainability is a concrete, verifiable result, not just a statement of intent.

01
Environment

We reduce environmental impact through more efficient processes, responsible use of resources and sustainability-oriented solutions.

02
People

We promote an inclusive, safe workplace that respects human rights, enhancing the well-being of people and the community.

03
Governance

We ensure transparency, fairness and sound corporate management through responsible, long-term oriented governance practices.

Governance
Context and commitments

From European regulation to concrete facts.

Since 2023 the European CSRD directive has imposed stricter reporting standards, in line with the 17 goals of the UN 2030 Agenda. STIR chose to anticipate these requirements: the ESG certification obtained by all the group's companies is a voluntary, verified act, not an obligation. A concrete competitive advantage, also for those who work with us.

01
Regulatory framework

The CSRD, in force since 2023, introduces stricter and more comparable sustainability reporting standards for European companies (ESRS).

02
Agenda 2030

The UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals are our compass: from protecting ecosystems to corporate social responsibility.

03
Voluntary choice

The ESG certification of all the group's companies is verified by third parties and not self-declared: a commitment made before it became mandatory.

04
Value for the customer

Transparent supply chain, partners selected for environmental and social standards, measurable progress published every year on the three E-S-G pillars.
